8 Easiest Ways to Be Slim and Healthy

In the era of modern-day, people get everything. It is easier to get our favorites food from around the world. We all love to travel and enjoy the beauty and serenity of mother nature. When we travel we love to relish local foods. Enjoying parties is a common scenario. We are enjoying life, but we remaining unhappy and unhealthy. After taking the foods we sense uncomfortable. Diabetics, obesity, high blood cholesterol, cancer are becoming our concomitant. The only unachievable thing has become sound health! We incarcerated in the grip of obesity. But we can keep ourselves slim and healthy by following only eight simple rules.

1. Avoid All Fast Foods: We need to avoid fried foods and salted foods. Fast food contains artificial tasty ingredients. These foods are full of extra calories. When we take regular fatty foods it contains 9 calories per gram. Carbohydrates and proteins have 4 calories per gram. But, one gram of fast food can have 13 calories per gram. Thus we are taking extra calories and gaining extra weights. So, to keep an attractive body we need to avoid all types of fast foods.

2. End Artificial Sugar: Another name of sugar is “white poison”. When we take artificial sugar it proves our body to release more insulin. Insulin rises our hunger and thus we take more food. Thus we take more calories and we become coarse. White sugar helps to increase cancer in our body because cancer cell loves sugar! We can take natural sugar like date, honey, blackstrap molasses, and jaggery. These are healthy supplements of white sugar. So avoid white sugar and remain healthy!

3. Intermittent Fasting: There are some intermittent fasting methods. But the most popular method is fasting 16 hours and taking food between eight hours. For example, if we take our breakfast at 9:00 AM and take last meal of the day at 5:00 PM. Then out fasting period will be 16 hours. Intermittent fasting has some proven benefits. This habit skyrockets the release of Human Growth Hormone (HGH), which results in fat loss and muscle gain. It lowers insulin level which helps to reduce our hunger and helps the body to use stored fat. It also helps to repair our bodies at the cellular level.

4. Drink Water as much needed: The average water percentage in our body is 60%. It helps to smooth our brain functioning. It works as lubricants for our joints and spinal cords. Without the required water, the digestions of food become impossible. Water helps to absorb nutrition. It keeps our skin brighter and boosts our energy level. Water prevents constipation and helps to lose weight. Water excrete waste from our body. An adult male should take 3.5-liter water while an adult female should take 2.5-liter water. So to keep our body fit, we must drink plenty of water.

5. No food Intake after 6:00 PM: We should go to bed at night with an empty stomach. The logic for this is very simple. If someone takes food before 06:00 PM, his/her stomach will be almost empty when he will go to bed at 11 PM or after that time. During his sleep body will use his stored fat for regular activity. Thus fat will be burn while sleeping. And extra body fat will burn.

6. 30 Minutes Daily Physical Activity: To keep our body functioning well At least 30 minutes walking or jogging or playing is necessary. There are so many benefits to this. It will keep away cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetics, and stroke. 30 minutes workout will prevent our body to gain extra weights, thus you will remain slim!

7. Drink Food: One of the main reasons for becoming overweight is that we drink both food and water! We do not chew our food as needed. So when we take food our brain becomes uninformed about what types of food and how much food we take. Thus we are taking extra food and becoming overweight. We should chew our food at least 35 times then swallow it. If we masticate any food 35 times, then our brain will apprise our food contents and types. And we will not be able to take much food. If we follow this simple rule we will be able to remain slim and healthy.

8. Take Healthy Natural Foods: Our body performs perfectly when we take natural food. Nowadays we are taking too many junk foods. One survey showed that the two main causes of overweight in America are bodies the sedentary lifestyle and taking junk foods. It increases our food from taking cravings. Natural foods supply necessary food and minerals to our body. It will also keep us from various diseases.
